Welcome to Carla Treatments. By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift voucher, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. About Carla Treatments
Carla Treatments provides massage therapy, facial treatments, beauty treatments, and holistic wellness services from our treatment room in Old Town, Swindon.
These Terms govern all bookings, treatments, purchases, and use of our website.
2. Booking Appointments
Appointments may be made:
- Through our online booking system
- By telephone
- By email
- Via social media (where applicable)
Appointments are only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Carla Treatments.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
3. Deposits & Payment
Some appointments may require a deposit.
Where required:
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation terms are not met.
- Deposits will be deducted from your treatment cost.
Payment is accepted by methods shown during booking.
All treatment fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise.
4. Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given:
- Deposits may be retained.
- A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the treatment cost may be charged.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice (“No Show”) may result in the full treatment fee being payable.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring full payment in advance.
5. Late Arrival
If you arrive late:
- Your treatment time may need to be shortened.
- The full appointment fee will still apply.
- If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.
6. Health Consultation
Your health and safety are extremely important.
Before your treatment you may be asked to complete a consultation form.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding:
- Medical conditions
- Injuries
- Pregnancy
- Allergies
- Medication
- Recent surgery
- Skin conditions
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the suitability of treatment.
Carla Treatments reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate.
7. Massage & Facial Treatments
Massage and beauty treatments are intended for relaxation and wellbeing.
Our treatments:
- Are not a substitute for medical care.
- Do not diagnose illness.
- Do not replace advice from a GP or healthcare professional.
If you have concerns regarding your health, you should seek advice from an appropriate medical professional before booking.
8. Pregnancy
Certain treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy.
Please advise us before booking so we can recommend suitable treatments.
9. Allergies & Skin Reactions
Although every care is taken, some products may cause unexpected skin reactions.
Clients are responsible for informing Carla Treatments of any allergies or sensitivities.
Patch testing may be required for certain treatments.
Carla Treatments cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.
10. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers:
- Are non-refundable.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Must be presented before treatment where applicable.
- May have an expiry date stated at the time of purchase.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot always be replaced.
11. Pricing
Prices are displayed on our website and may change without notice.
Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted when booked.
12. Promotions & Offers
Special offers:
- Cannot usually be used together unless stated.
- May be withdrawn at any time.
- Are subject to availability.
13. Client Conduct
We strive to provide a welcoming and relaxing environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate treatment where a client:
- Behaves abusively
- Is under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
- Acts inappropriately towards staff
- Creates an unsafe environment
In these circumstances, treatment fees remain payable.
14. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Carla Treatments accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.
15. Website Information
We aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate.
However, treatments, pricing, availability and offers may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to amend website content at any time.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- text
- photographs
- branding
- logos
- graphics
belongs to Carla Treatments unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
17. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carla Treatments shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses;
- consequential losses;
- loss arising from failure to disclose medical conditions;
- reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or sensitivities.

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Health information is collected solely for the safe provision of treatments and handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
